Kallen Kaslana is a posthumous overarching protagonist of the Honkai Impact 3rd and Guns Girl Z video game series. Considered as the most famous Valkyrie ever lived, Kallen was born in the House Kaslana and Otto Apocalypse's only friend. She was voiced by Nana Mizuki in Japanese. Kallen is the ancient ancestor of Kiana Kaslana and the most famous Valkyrie to have ever lived. She eventually became Otto Apocalypse's obsession, thus causing him to genetically-engineer a clone named Theresa Apocalypse who has the DNA of Kallen and a Honkai beast named "Vishnu".

She has romantic feelings for Yae Sakura after she found her unconscious in a river. Kallen Kaslana is a tall young woman with blue-colored eyes and white long hair tied into a single braid. Kallen's battlesuits are the Ritual Imayoh (A-rank), Sündenjäger (A-rank), and Sixth Serenade (S-rank). Kallen was born as the eldest daughter of Francis Kaslana around in 1453. As a child, Kallen's first appearance is when she witnesses Otto Apocalypse's toy plane fly over her outdoor wall. Kallen grabs the toy and climbs over the wall, returning it to him. She is very impressed when she learns he made it. She offers Otto a chance to join her "quest" to 'save the world and make it a better place'. The two became close friends from then on. Still young, she and Otto run into danger. Sir Francis, Kallen's father, saves them. He fights off hordes of Honkai beasts before being consumed by Shamash's flames. Later, at the funeral, Kallen cries the entire time. Otto leaves, and minutes later comes back, saying he can return Sir Francis to life by giving his own. Kallen slaps him, saying that her father gave up his life to save them, and that if Otto did this he would be throwing it all away for a lie. Otto apologizes, and Kallen says she won't let anyone die for her.

The two lovers are finally able to live a peaceful and happy life thereafter.

In the first Samsara- the current events- it was where Sakura first found Kallen injured by a river, holding the box. When the 12th Ruler possessed Sakura and made her a pseudo-Herrscher when she opened the purple box, Kallen was eventually forced to seal her loved one away with the Judah's Oath. In the second Samsara, it still follows the current events but this time, Sakura was completely taken over by the 12th Ruler and fought with Kallen. Unfortunately, Kallen -despite her abilities- could not defeat her former lover and was killed by the Houkai-possessed Sakura as a result. In the third and last Samsara, Sakura successfully regained consciousness from the 12th Ruler's clutches and broke from its control. Kallen and Sakura fought together and they managed to defeat and seal the Ruler in the purple box and purify the Houkai energy that was plaguing the village for a long time. The two lovers are finally able to live a peaceful and happy life thereafter. Kallen and Sakura were lying down on a meadow on a peaceful day, holding hands, until Kallen released her hand and told Sakura that she needed to leave. This prompted Sakura to search for her loved one in the village.

Higyokumaru then told Sakura that the Kallen from her memories was an illusion.

However, the villagers were acting strangely, and Sakura decided to investigate it. Sakura then found the creature, Higyokumaru in a barrel- unaware that she was a Ruler- and the two sought out to find the former's memories. After a long period of fighting beasts and monsters on the way, Higyokumaru then regained a portion of her memories upon seeing a peculiar mask. Higyokumaru then touched an odd sword, which made her transform into Jizo Mitama, which Sakura defeated. After reverting back to her old self, Higyokumaru fully remembered her past that she was the 12th Herrscher of the Old World and has killed many people. She apologized for the troubles she caused, which Sakura accepts. Higyokumaru then told Sakura that the Kallen from her memories was an illusion. Sakura apologized and said she knew that the real Kallen was no longer in the outside world. Even so, Sakura still wanted to find Kallen in the Stigmata dimension. Unexpectedly, Kallen appeared in her Phantom Thief serenade and stole the Jizo Matama sword away and swiftly escaped. Sakura immediately recognized her voice and went to chase her along with Higyokumaru. When the two found Kallen again, the latter apologized and chained Sakura with her Judah's Oath in order to stop her. Kallen, who lost her memories, said that she had to take away the sword because it was too dangerous. Sakura then reached out her hand and touched Kallen's face and told her that she was not there for the sword, but she was there for Kallen.

During her trial, she was ordered to be executed by hanging for her crimes of "theft".

This made the latter's memories come back, but the sword went berserk again as a result of Kallen's will being weakened. After the trio defeated Jizo Matama again, Higyokumaru offered Sakura that she can resurrect her consciousness to the real world using the Jizo sword. Sakura then declined, and implied that staying in the Stigmata dimension with Kallen was just enough for her. The Jizo Mitama sword was later thrown in the real world, and Kallen, Sakura and Higyokumaru accepted their lives in the Stigmata realm. Extremely depressed by the tragic events in the Far East, a severely wounded Kallen eventually returned to Europe to surrender herself to Schicksal. During her trial, she was ordered to be executed by hanging for her crimes of "theft". However, Otto didn't want her fate to be sealed away, so he released numerous Honkai beasts during her trial. With the numerous innocent lives getting killed by the Houkai, Kallen died in the chaos by sacrificing herself to save a child from a Honkai beast. Considered to be the most famous Valkyrie to have ever lived, Kallen's death served as the driving motivation for Otto Apocalypse and his lifelong goal was to revive her. Focusing on the Honkai, Otto established the Babylon Labs which was known for its cruel experimentations toward children specifically to gain access to the Herrscher of Death's powers in hopes of reviving her, thus eventually leading to the creation of Sirin, the 2nd Herrscher and the subsequent Second Eruption of 2000. He kept Sirin alive on numerous occasions, in spite of his claims of neutralizing her threat just to get an answer from her. As a result, when Sirin was weakened, Otto invaded her mind, allowing him to communicate with the Honkai God and ask for ways in reviving Kallen. The Honkai God only subtlety gave him an answer: by sacrificing his own life to meet her in death. The genes that made Kallen's clone "A-310" or Theresa Apocalypse was hers and Vishnu's, an Emperor-Class Houkai beast with accelerated regeneration capabilities. Otto Apocalypse's first geniune love was Kallen, as she was his only friend who could understand him. However, he never got a chance to tell his feelings as Kallen expressed her love for Yae Sakura. She shares her name with Kallen Kozuki from Code Geass.

Scott Shelly ( Hangul:셸리 ) is one of the female protagonists in the webtoon. She begins a one-sided relationship with Jay at the start of the series but as the story progress they have a mutual crush on each other and as of chapter 378 they are in a relationship. Shelly is the only female member of the Humming Bird Crew. Because she stayed at England before coming to Korea her personality is perceived as very headstrong. She does not like it when people talk badly about her friends, especially Jay. Shelly also has a lot of stamina and strength, she can keep up with the group's pace when racing and can actually send people flying with her punch (Although that may be for comedic reasons) but never got into the street fights with the guys of the crew. When she was hit on in her first appearance on the series she refused with a lot of sass. Mia described her as someone who can confidently express her thoughts and feelings. Although her words are harsh, it is because she never sugar coated her words with her friends. And with Jay, Shelly is very clingy and flirtatious. She has very foreign features: pale skin, her eyes actually look more mint green in color than blue, blond wavy hair. It is known later in the series that she has a tattoo in the side of her arm near the wrist that reads out "temet nosce" or "Know Thyself". At school she wears her uniform usually without the red vest and both wears the skirt and pants.

She is often seen wearing high-end brand clothing, but also occasionally wearing street wear and tomboyish clothes. When riding her bike, she usually wears a jacket and helmet with the same color as her eyes or the Hummingbird crew's hood. She is tall, with long thin legs, a small waist and a bigger bust. Not much is known about Shelly, but it is established that she is from England and she requested to transfer to Sunny High School because of Jay. It was told in an early episode (Ep. 27) that she will be in Korea for one semester. Shelly is the granddaughter of Sunny High School's principal, Nick. When Shelly was a kid, she didn't want to get married and promised Nick that she will just live with him forever, which caused Nick to think that Shelly is not interested to guys until she got interested in Jay. That also caused the over protectiveness of her grandfather. Jay saw what happened and chased the thieves to get her purse back. She refused on taking him to the hospital but Jay refused. She picked up his student ID that had fallen to the ground and, motivated by her encounter with Jay, called her grandfather, asking him to let her attend Sunny High School. Her second meeting with Jay was in their classroom. She kissed him out of the blue and the gossip that Shelly and Jay were in a relationship quickly spread around the school.

When Jay, Dom and Minu got suspended, Shelly visited them and scolded Dom and Minu badly about how Jay got caught with their actions. Jay got pissed and told her to screw off, she ended up crying and running away. When Jay was about to say sorry, he got a pink rose from Minu, saying that he should give it to her. He couldn't and Shelly went on saying that she'll forgive him if he became her boyfriend for a week and Jay agreed. She joined Hummingbird as the only female on the team, she continued to flirt with Jay and when Jay was teaching Mia how to ride a bike, she kept on intervening and wanting him to teach her even though she knows how. On a special episode, Shelly was seen riding a bike in Jay's neighborhood. Minu and Kay noticed her, Kay was thinking of who might Shelly go out with and ended up being shocked that it was his brother. In the last scene, Jay and Shelly are resting after riding their bike together, and she comments that Jay suits biking more than studying. The Preliminaries for the League of Street has started, only Dom and Jay were able to race at the first two rounds. After that, they found out that Jay's birthday was near and planned to celebrate it. She didn't showed up at school on his birthday because she was the one who prepared the gift that they got for him.
