What Do Waffles Do In Twisted Wonderland

In Lessons, players can choose any student from the seven dorms to take History or Flight lessons with, but they need to obtain at least one card of a character in order to use them during lessons. There are five slots for students, the first one being locked to the character whom the player picked for study partner. Different cards of the same character cannot be used in the same team. During normal lessons, one lesson lasts 7 rounds, while in daily lessons, one lesson lasts 5 rounds. The students are picked randomly, and can gain one (Good), two (Great) or three (Excellent) stars per round. Stars will raise the improvement with the chosen cards. Players also have the chance to gain extra items during a lesson, which number is shown on the left corner of the screen. Both normal and daily lessons increase the player's rank and cost 1 LP (Lesson points) per lesson. Players have the option to either tap through lessons manually, or automate the process by selecting Auto, which will do one lesson, or Loop, which will run until the player's LP becomes 0. When choosing Loop, a notice will pop up where players can also enable automatic item usage. When the gauge displayed on the top of the screen (during lessons) becomes full, it triggers a special lesson with the Headmage, granting more EXP (experience points) as it only gives Perfect results.

Each item lasts 5 sessions.

A special lesson lasts 5 rounds, displayed by stars in place of the gauge. If a lesson ends before the special lesson would, it continues in the following one. Special lesson changes the display of the gauge. The pink stars show how many rounds are still left from the special lesson (this one is at full count). The gauge is also shown on the lesson/study partner selection screens. LP recovers over time (1 LP per 15 mins) but players can recover LP by either using items or Gems. Because some events use LP, it's recommended to save up LP recovery items for events. Daily lessons are Alchemy lessons and have a group of students in rotation. The rotation can be checked on the calendar, which shows which group of students and element is available on each day for the next few days. Players can take Alchemy lessons with a study partner, and depending on the chosen card's buddy bonus, pick a buddy with them. Each student has tasks that give rewards when players complete them. Players can also use items to boost their lessons. Each item lasts 5 sessions. Chats are short interludes that take place after lessons, or if the lessons are looped, the game will indicate on the Chats' tab that there are new, unread chats. Chats can be unlocked for study partners by taking lessons with them. After taking at least 16 lessons together, if the character's dormmates are used in the same lesson team, it unlocks chats between them and the study partner. Note that only one conversation chat unlocks per lesson.
