Does Himiko Need Blood

With this Quirk, the user can shape-shift into another person's appearance after consuming some of their blood. It gives them the full ability to copy a perfect image of them, including tiny details. They can even replicate the voice of the person they've transformed into. The amount of time the user can utilize a particular transformation is proportionate to the amount of blood that is consumed. One cup of blood equates to roughly one day's worth of being able to be transformed into that person. If the blood of multiple people has been ingested, then the Quirk user can transform into any of them, and without having to return to their original shape between transformations. When transforming, the user is covered by a sort of gray slime, which they can mold over their body into whatever shape, texture, or state of dress they want. It allows clothes to be included in the transformation, though the downside is that the transform ability can't cover clothes, so any clothes worn prior to the transformation would have to be removed to complete the disguise. This Quirk is shown to give the user a certain liking towards blood, as well as an innate desire to taste and drink it. After undergoing an Awakening, Transform also allows the user to duplicate the Quirk of the person they transformed into, provided they have enough prior knowledge of said Quirk through studying and researching. This Quirk can only aesthetically transform its user into a perfect replica of a person.

The user cannot replicate their target's personality, knowledge, or other such details. These details must be discovered separately by the user if they wish to mimic their target exactly, otherwise they can risk being caught out. The amount of time Himiko can stay transformed, as well as how much blood she can ingest are still limited, which means that her transformations have a certain time frame that will eventually run out. Furthermore, as shown during her fight against Curious and her squad, Himiko is vulnerable to drinking blood that has been tainted or booby-trapped by other Quirks. Transform doesn't grant the user any level of knowledge about mimicked Quirks the way Copy does, severely limiting the user's ability to use said copied Quirks until they have studied them enough to use them properly. Additionally, this Quirk, while proven to be very useful, didn't provide any kind of offensive or defensive support prior to its Awakening.

39;s "abnormal" behavior, saying that she looked like a deviant.

Himiko's fondness for blood having manifested at a young age. Transform had a changing impact on Himiko's life. Since a young age, her Quirk has led her to have a fascination with blood, as she once found a dead bird when she was little and proceeded to drink its blood. She later showed the dead animal to her parents and asked them whether it was "pretty" while smiling. In turn, her parents were extremely disturbed and started by their daughter's "abnormal" behavior, saying that she looked like a deviant. They then put immense pressure on Himiko to conceal the true nature of her Quirk and not develop these feelings, telling her to be "normal". However, repressing her Quirk's natural instincts only caused them to grow internally. One day while in middle school, Himiko finally snapped and attacked another student who was beaten up from a fight; attacking him with a box cutter and then drinking his blood through a straw while smiling in pure ecstasy over finally acting on her Quirk's instincts. She then went on the run and became a serial killer involved in a series of murders involving blood drainage. Overall, Himiko repressing her Quirk would go on to cause her descent into madness and villainy.

Himiko impersonates Rock Lock and claims to have been ambushed by an "imposter". Himiko's Quirk, alongside her stealth techniques and athletic mobility, make her an expert spy and strong combatant to face against. Her Quirk allowed her to impersonate Camie Utsushimi and infiltrate the Provisional Hero Licensing Exam, an official examination that is held by the Hero Public Safety Commission with many young heroes-in-training present. Himiko was able to avoid any suspicion from Camie's Shiketsu peers until her escape, and also cleverly made her target, Izuku Midoriya, believe that Transform was Camie's actual Quirk. Himiko's technique with her Quirk is also shown when she quickly transformed to impersonate Rock Lock upon Deku and Eraser Head's arrival, and was able to maintain a brief enough cover to get close to Deku just before attempting to stab him. Overall, she has shown great proficiency at using Transform for stealth, infiltration and deception, making her a great asset to the League of Villains. Since Himiko's Quirk requires blood, she keeps a supply of those she has collected in her utility belt. Furthermore, her support gear also allows her to easily drain and ingest the blood of others through her needles and mask, granting her quicker transformation.
